I started my healing journey 7 years ago when a lot of change started to happen in my own life. Some change I initiated and some was thrust upon me, but during my journey, I learned that the chaos that comes with change is necessary in order to really grow into the person you have always dreamed of becoming.

In the last 7 years I ended a 16 year relationship that was stuck in unhealthy pattern repeat mode. My Mother and Father both passed within a year and a half of each other, one suddenly and the other intentionally. I moved 5 times in 3 years. I became estranged from my children but now have the most healthy and beautiful relationships with all of them. I navigated relationships with men, repeating the same unhealthy patterns until I was ready to see that the patterns were a part of my greatest wounds. I found roller skating; at the skate park and rink and started developing a healthy relationship with my body, seeing what She and I could do together. I started working with plant medicines, became a Kambo practitioner, started studying Shamanism and learned to play instruments that speak to my sou. I spent a month in Peru working with Sacred Medicines and most recently I moved 10.5 hours North of everything I knew to change my life completely, spending a winter in isolation to unravel some of the deepest roots of my core wounds.

Through all of this I awakened parts of self that have long been been buried. And now, after all of those life changing events, after all of the chaos and change, I feel a clear sense of my soul’s purpose and I am ready to step into service to help other women find their fire, their passion and their wildest truths.
